Opening-list privacy notice
Narrow scope: This notice applies only to the Video Realism Preview Class and course-opening notification form. Joining the list is not course enrollment, does not reserve a seat or price, and does not authorize unrelated marketing.
What we collect
- Your submitted email address.
- Your submitted WhatsApp number when you register for the Preview Class.
- Your selected course interest: Product Video Realism, Believable UGC, Campaign Realism, or undecided.
- The page language and source, consent wording/version, consent timestamp and notification status.
We do not request your name, payment information, product files or sensitive personal data through this form.
Why we use it
We process this information with your explicit consent solely to maintain the list and send the free Preview Class and Video Realism enrollment-opening notification by WhatsApp or email. We do not use the list for unrelated promotions, sell it, or use it for automated decisions.
Storage and service provider
The form and database use Cloudflare Pages, Workers and D1. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure service provider and may process data through infrastructure outside Malaysia. Access is restricted to authorized operations. Cloudflare documents encryption for D1 data at rest and in transit.
Retention
We delete subscribed waitlist records within 30 days after the opening notification is sent. If the course has not opened, we delete the record no later than 12 months after consent unless you renew it. A withdrawal request is processed as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to records we must retain by law.
Your choices and rights
You may ask whether we hold your record, request access or correction, withdraw consent, object to direct marketing, or request deletion by emailing realismaistudio@gmail.com from the address you submitted. Withdrawing consent will not affect any processing already completed lawfully.
Changes and questions
If this narrow collection changes materially, we will update the effective date and consent wording before using the information for the new purpose. Questions and complaints may be sent to the privacy contact above.
开放通知名单隐私说明
适用范围：本说明只适用于 Video Realism 免费 Preview Class 和课程开放通知表单。加入名单不等于报名课程，不保留名额或价格，也不代表你同意接收无关营销。
我们收集什么
- 你报名 Preview Class 时提交的 WhatsApp 号码（必填）。
- 你选择填写的 Email（可选备用通知）。
- 你选择的课程兴趣：产品视频、可信 UGC、Campaign Realism，或尚未决定。
- 页面语言与来源、同意文案／版本、同意时间和通知状态。
这个表单不会要求姓名、付款资料、产品文件或敏感个人资料。
使用目的
我们依据你的明确同意，只用这些资料管理名单，并透过 WhatsApp 发送免费 Preview Class 和 Video Realism 开放报名通知；如你选择填写 Email，也可透过 Email 通知。我们不会用它发送无关促销、出售名单或进行自动化决定。
储存与服务供应商
表单和数据库使用 Cloudflare Pages、Workers 与 D1。Cloudflare 是基础设施服务供应商，资料可能经马来西亚境外的基础设施处理。只有获授权的运营人员可以存取。Cloudflare 说明 D1 的静态与传输中资料均有加密。
保留期限
开放通知发出后，我们会在 30 天内删除 subscribed 记录。如果课程尚未开放，最迟会在你同意后的 12 个月内删除，除非你重新同意。撤回同意的要求会在合理可行的时间内处理，但法律要求保留的记录除外。
你的选择与权利
你可以查询我们是否持有你的记录、要求查阅或更正、撤回同意、拒绝直接营销或要求删除。请使用你登记的 WhatsApp 号码或 Email 联络 realismaistudio@gmail.com。撤回同意不影响之前合法完成的处理。
更新与疑问
如果收集用途有重大改变，我们会先更新生效日期与同意文案，才把资料用于新目的。疑问或投诉可以发送到以上隐私联络 Email。
